Refund policy

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To start a request, contact our team on WhatsApp at 03344-VANITY (826489) or email support@vanityvibes.pk with your order number. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were delivered. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetics and personal-care products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the parcel, packaging and product. We will review the case and help resolve it.

Return shipping, exchanges and refunds

Return shipping is generally paid by the customer. If we sent the wrong item or the order arrived damaged, Vanity Vibes may arrange or cover return shipping after review.

Once an eligible return is received and reviewed, you may choose an exchange, subject to product availability, or a refund. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will confirm the approved refund method with you.
