These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse or place an order with Vanity Vibes. Our business is based on Tariq Road, Karachi, Pakistan. By using the store, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Products and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability current. Product colours and appearance can vary between screens and actual products. Products are subject to availability, and we may correct listing errors or update product information when needed.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm order or delivery details. An order may be cancelled if an item is unavailable, the details cannot be verified, or a listing or price contains an error. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Pricing and promotions

Prices and promotions may change. The product price and delivery charge shown at checkout before you submit your order apply to that order, subject to correction of an obvious listing error. Promotions may have eligibility requirements, minimum order values, or expiry dates.

Delivery, returns, and exchanges

Delivery estimates and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Requests about damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Please review those policies before ordering.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible before it is dispatched. We can accept cancellation requests before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available; please contact us about any eligible delivery or product issue under our other policies.

Website use and content

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for unlawful activity. Website text, images, logos, and other content belong to Vanity Vibes or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. We may update these terms as our store or services change. The revised version applies from the date it is posted, subject to applicable law.
